Do any of you know where I could get some razor saw blades that do not have the thick frame piece along the top? Just a flat blade. I think it would be useful to cut flight controls from foam wings.

I have removed the stiff back from a Zona saw leaving a nice flat flexible blade for use where only such a blade can be used. It is not to hard to pry the stiffener off.

If you're still trying to source these blades, ask for Xacto #15 keyhole saw blades. They are 2 1/2' long and fit into type c and d Xacto handles. VERY HANDY, and cheap too, about 6 dollars for a pkg. of 5. I use them all the time. Lowes Hardware and Sears carry them.

If you ever compare the Xacto blade with the Zona blade, you will trash all your Xacto blades. The Zona's cut so much better you won't believe it.
