Robart hinges

I am building an Ultimate bipe with symetrical wings. I am having trouble getting the holes for the robart hinges to line up with each other. I can get them centered in the TE of the wing but they are not parallel with each other.
What method do you guys use?

I usually start with a very small hole, and shift to align as I enlarge it enough for the hinge.

Robart also makes a tool with a drill jig for doing that very thing.i think I paid 8 bucks and it has a jig for the different size hinges they make. later daveo

I tried the small drill idea. It worked much better than what I was doing. I drill a small hole as you suggested then when it is straight and true I put the Robart jig tool on and drill it to size. Works very well. Thanks guys.
