Warbird colors paint. What clear

I Have some of the older formula for the WC paint, but I am curious if anybody has tried to use Polycrilic clear over the paint for fuelproofing?

In my experience polycryllic isn't fuel proof, but the old formula WBC is, when you put in the additive.

I use household latex paint for the colours. For fuel proofing I use automotive clear coat. The clear coat is glossy so I add a "Flatting" agent to reduce the gloss.
