I am in a quandry as how to make or get reflectors for landing lights about 3/4 to 1 inch dia

Look at led flash lights at the store. Work great for my p-47 landing light.

Look at your local Lowe's building supply....usually right next to the registers there are LED replacement sets for the mini-mag light. Comes with led and reflector. the little flat square led emitter is really bright...much more so than any of the round bulb type as well. Can see it 150 yards out on a typical day in my KI-61
