Robart hinges and hinge pockets

I have been looking high and low for the "correct" way to install Robart hinges and hinge pockets. I have seen videos of people installing them on a beveled control surface, however I do not see any using the drill guide or it's use nor can I find any videos on hinge pocket installation.

I prefer to use the drill guide as my centering device. I am currently away on business and do not have access to show a correct video. Any of you out there have any?

Further to my post as far as adhesives go. You can use epoxy but my favorite is guerrila glue. My technique for glueing is to not put glue on the hinge point but in the hole and then install the hinge point. Of course this is after dry fitting the hinge, counter sinking for the "hinge" and verifying the alignment between the fixed and rotational surface. I have yet to see any video talk about alignment or what happens when the hinges are not aligned properly.
