I put a cap from a CA bottle firmly in a vise. When using Sig Bond or the like with an extra applicator tip, you can stick the bottle inverted in the cap. The glue will stay put in the tip, but will be ready to squeeze out instantly for the next application.

Great idea. When that bottle is empty, keep it and refill from a big bottle of Titebond II from Lowes. It's only a couple of dollars more for about 4x as much glue.
