Crimping closed loop ends
 

Is there any particular way this should be done.... Ive no idear how to do it.
Ive 1/16 brass tubes.. do I carefully use pliers ?

Yes carefully thou, not too much pressure just enought to ensure a tight grip ;)

I generally use the round-nosed pliers at two places on each crimp.
If the wire is coated, one pass thru the tube each way is sufficient.
Uncoated wire goes thru the tube around the "thing" it attaches to, back thru the tube, over the tube and back thru it.. then crimped.
On small planes, I use flat pliers and mash the whole tube flat as possible.

I took an old pair of needle nosed pliers and filed the cut section until it was rounded over, to prevent cutting into the tubing. Put about 3 "crimps" per 1/2" of tubing. Makes life a little easier and wild horses can't pull it apart (add some CA for extra insurance).

You can go to a fishing tackle shop and by a pair of crimping pliers they use for crimping wire traces. Gives a professional look on your crimps and they wont slip.
