Monocote colour codes

Hi all
Does anyone out there know (or know where to find) colour-codes for Super Monocote. I need codes to order paint to match the film. I know Radio South sells pre-mixed PPG-paint, but I live in Norway and they do not ship out of the US.

I espesially need codes for the followin Monocote colours :
Cub-yellow, True Red, Saphire blue, and Teal.
