redxfred... I have that figured out already. :D :D :D Take a look the Rotary Driver System (RDS): http://www.proptwisters.org/rds2/

The wing is already built with RDS on each aileron and the inboard flaps (inboard flaps drives the middle and outboard flaps).

Flaps up...

Will this work?

During the early 70"s when we used lenear servos, where the output shaft ran back and forth, we used a small brass tube bent in a half circle and ran plastic coated cable to the elevator. It is the same idea as the pully, but nothing to break. Just a thought..
