help with wings
 

I have a Staudacher 300 S from Thunder Tiger, the plane flys beautyfully but the wings are all bit up I was wondering if i should buld new wings from foam or should I order new ones, (they are 100 bucks new) I don't know how to build and have ever done it before no experience on cutting foam or sheeting, I was wondering if will be cheaper to build ones and if it is, if you guys know some web site or some forum on HOW TO.

thats the arf generation. read the forums and redo the wing. get a good tracing of a rib. try building, BTW what is wong the the wing looks ok form the pics. ill help you pm me

You don't say if the wings are sheeted foam or built up. Regardless, if they are structurally sound, you can strip the covering and repair the dings. A little sandpaper, spackle and you should be good to go. It's a good way to learn covering and minor repair.

If they're balsa sheeted where the dings are, pin***** the covering over the dings, put a small wad of damp paper towel over the ding, and hit it with the iron for a bit. The steam will cause the balsa to swell and fill the dings. If the spots are at all soft after, soak in a bit of thin ca.

But the wings look fine to me....
