making windshield - help?
 

I have a Byron Staggerwing and I need to make new windows for this plane. The windows do not appear to be avail. commercially anymore from Iron Bay.

I have access to a set of new windows and will be able to make molds for the same. If I remember correctly the process is to lay the clear butyrate on the mold and place it in the oven.....I just can't remember what the temperature should be.

Any hints or assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.....thanks!!....Ron
