Paint over MonoKote

I am looking to do a more authentic finish on a Tiger Moth ARF and need info on what to use. I want to keep it Yellow (RCAF colors) but not shiny like a plastic finish.
THanks in advance! Oh, power is going to be nitro, if it matters.

After you get your colors on, finish up with flat clear
