Balance Problem

NEED HELP ON BALANCING MY HANGER 9 CAP 232 FORTY SIZE
I JUST COMPLETED AND ITS EXTREMELY TAIL HEAVY. ANY SUGGESTIONS OTHER TAN HAVING TO PUT A POUND OF WEIGHT UP FRONT.
