Default fast lane rock crawler

picked up a fastlane rock crawler at toysrus this past sunday and it's acool little crawler (40 bucks) it's a real 4 link, telescoping axles, a real looking jeep frame, and a good looking body.and a 2 speed trans.the electronics SUCK. but it's upgradeable. it has a servo plate above the front axle, and an electronics bay. so i installed a metal gear servo and am in the process of installing a tekin fxr and a real reciever to see what it's capable of.

-I look forward to see how the modded setup works out for you.  I'd like
to get the Bandai X-Crawlee, but I think it's a lil' too pricey.

it's all plastic but the body which is also plastic reinforces the chassis. it's all apart now awaiting the time to work on it as work is going crazy right now.

i did get it running and the motor is a pig but it's ok for now. it looks like a 280 so many of those are available.i did put maisto wheels on it, which makes tire selection much easier.
