I want to know how to replate worn trace on printed circuit board for Radio Shack Radio controlled car 60-4185.

If possible I have always bridged a bad trace with a appropriate size wire. Bare or insulated to suit the condition.

Thank you for your suggestion. I don't think that will work in this case. The throttle and the steering mechanisms have contacts that slide along the exposed flat traces on the circuit board. It looks like the silver (or whatever the conductor material is) is worn off where the contacts slide along the traces. I was wondering if there might be a way to refurbish the worn traces. Thank you again.

There's this stuff but I don't know how it would stand up on a slider trace. might just wipe it off or it might work. I've used it on circuit boards but not in a friction situation. electricity conducting paint - Bing

Thank you, Big Allice for the link. Electric paint sounds like just what might work. I was originally wondering if such a product exists.
