This BUGGY could be interesting, but I'll opt for a SNOWMOBILE .. for this fall ..

Yes, folks, it was in a discussion on this model that Nat whacked me in the back of the head, left an indelible mark, and dragged me kicking and screaming over to Rockcrawler. Here are a few more posts made regarding this model. Hopefully, Nathan can do some type of merge or move to bring them over here to their new home???

This thing has a nice 280 motor in it. It has been known to break susupension pieces due to the poor spring shocks. I haven't seen one modded yet to oil shocks, but I have the Monster Truck version of this and found upgrading the batteries and suspension sure to go a long way. Check those posts I placed in this post previously. You'll find all the positives and negatives.

ORIGINAL: DriftingDragon

has anyone modded a 540 into it?
i understand it already has a 540 motor a 280 would not even move this monster with its high gearing .. so it just a case of replacing it with another may be low turn , i did a very simmilar job on a 1/6 scale newbright bug . but also swaped out the electronics . for hobby grade .. i dont rate newbright electronics there very poor . and best changed out asap .... pic of my 1/6 newbright bug with hobby motore and hobby electronics .............
