ok the manual says 15T motor or higher and the Box says 15T limit

so help me because i have just bought my Venom Creeper and i just need a more i have a 15T Fireball order but i can always cancel it and order the motor the the truck needs is a 55T mod fireball rock crawler

the 15turn limit means no LESS than 15 turn motor. it doesnt mean that you cant use a higher turn motor. higher turn motors draw less amps. the lower turn motors draw more, and thus require a better esc. the tazer should be fine for a high turn motor.
