1/14 RC Car Rebuild
Hey guys i got a 1:14 Scale 350z had it for some time, like about 4-5 years and it still works awesome! however i decided to kinda rebuild it.
Here are some pics of the Lights I installed: http://pwimage.org/images/ght5hfa1drlsozzfuwhw.jpg http://pwimage.org/images/wzzt6sz6va0b8btozb3z.jpg http://pwimage.org/images/kbxlhom175tdk22unrq8.jpg I used: Two Blue LED Lights 1 Toggle Switch 9V Battery Battery Connector High Temp Red Silicon BTW anyone knows where i can get a 40mhz controller since the steering on the controller has like a metal thing in it that rubs on a metal surface which enables it to turn left and right, sadly the the metal thing in the controller has started cutting into the metal surface any help would be appreciated. More Mods to come! Now with lights on: http://pwimage.org/images/8e7vql0rpa3z53sw907.jpg will be getting new parts soon i have to clean out the gearbox after all that dust and stuff got in and is giving the motor a hard time to turn the gears http://pwimage.org/images/z1mufqqdeupit1bn2ix.jpg I found a 1/14 RC car motor idk if it will work up with my car, for some reason they had no description on it http://pwimage.org/images/fvz2pn5kdj943ei1xl3v.jpg Found A Pair of Front Racing Tires http://pwimage.org/images/icfiyarzuh7kcl3euo8n.jpg Pair Of Rear Racing Tires Also http://pwimage.org/images/5kz61izpbu88bqn342pm.jpg My tires got old, they seemed to have gotten a bit stretched out and the rims begin to slip inside it. Found a cooling fan also: http://pwimage.org/images/rsnbdngjarnqbpde3t4.jpg Found the Racing motor http://pwimage.org/images/u3y9ddzrfm8vkcyo0a.jpg I Also need help with the transmitter This is what it looks like: http://www.snuffledopple.com/remote-contro...de44c15b593e384 It seems almost impossible to fix, i wish i could continue using it but sadly the steering and throttle has begun to stick when ever it is turned or pulled BTW anyone knows where i can get a 40mhz controller since the steering on the controller has like a metal thing in it that rubs on a metal surface which enables it to turn left and right, sadly the the metal thing in the controller has started cutting into the metal surface any help would be appreciated. And about the motor anyone knows if 380 size motors work with 1/14 rc cars, i mean the name of it is a 1/14 motor but im not sure if it will fit in my car since the motor is in an enclosed area as u can see in the pictures provided above BTW will this motor work ? http://pwimage.org/images/44gf1es990sf9sh09v2m.jpg It's a 370 Motor 8T These are some pics of when i disassembled the car, i was looking for the receiver just in case i have to change it if i were to get a new Radio but sadly its built in on the circuit. http://pwimage.org/images/btzl24403vscpu92wqbr.jpg The Servo: http://pwimage.org/images/s5npj0kizqhroi13usng.jpg http://pwimage.org/images/9y2qlb43hoawvaiobke.jpg In case images are too big these are original links: http://pwimage.org/images/btzl24403vscpu92wqbr.jpg"]http://pwimage.org/images/btzl24403vscpu92wqbr.jpg http://pwimage.org/images/s5npj0kizqhroi13usng.jpg"]http://pwimage.org/images/s5npj0kizqhroi13usng.jpg http://pwimage.org/images/9y2qlb43hoawvaiobke.jpg"]http://pwimage.org/images/9y2qlb43hoawvaiobke.jpg] |
