Thanks for the response. The engine seems to be seized. I tried pulling on the pull starter to see if it would turn over. But it wont move.

This is an original TMaxx frame used to have one and still have a Wide Max that was built in 2002. It has been very much modified...... Battery box has been removed and Throttle electronics modified to fit a different Slide Carb Engine. This thing has been rigged to fit another engine that was never meant to go into a TMAXX. You have a rare find here from someone that was fairly sloppy at moving stuff than making it run. They seemed to butcher it a bit to make it all fit.

It will be easy to put it back with a TRX 3.3 or TRX 2.5 and will not require lots of parts just a TRX 2.5r Conversion kit still available from Traxxas, new battery box, Servo Mounts and linkages. Nice thing is if you wanted to restore it to a TMaxx you can because all the TRX 2.5r Parts will fit this Truck only thing is the 2.5 Slide Carb Conversion Kit is needed to install a TRX 3.3 or TRX 2.5r engine. Good luck with this project truck.
