Cuts out

Hey vuys its been awhile since I've been on here. So I bought a second hand T Max 3.3 and I'm having issues with it stalling out unless I'm on throttle. When I slow down or am off throttle I hear a PING and it cuts out. Anyone know what this could be

You are the second person that I have seen say that, this also happens with my t-maxx 3.3. If you get any answers let me know
