cheapbatterypacks maybe . The 2500 should last twice as long as a 1100.

What kind of run times do you get out of the traxxas pack? With a total stock revo.

I did notice one thing with the traxxas pack. When i took the truck out of the box i hooked its charger up and charged the pack fully or tell the green light said it was charged. I then hooked the pack to my Accu-Cycle. It dicharged and said it only had 340mah in it. Fully charged it with the Accu-cycle and did one more cycle and that time it said it had close to 1000mah.... Hope i get more then 3-4 tanks with it now. Maybe the stock charger just doesn't do a very good job.......

I think you might get a little more than 3-4 tanks. I did make it through breakin and some tuning before recharging. But it does not always last for a days bashing session. I have had it go dead on us a couple times while my son and I were out, but we usually get a couple hours of runtime.

I am going to buy a revo soon and had a few questions about this battery.
1. Are there better bats. you can buy afermarket?
2. Can you use a regular bat charger with it or do you have to use the one that came with it?
3. Can that bat. pack be easily changed in the field/
Thanks for the help and feel free to let me know of anything else that may help.

I got thru break in and then 3 more tanks before I put the truck up. The battery still had some go to it but was getting weak. Saturday we ran for about 3 hours and didn't notice any signs of the battery getting weak. I would be pissed to only be getting 2 or 3 tanks. Maybe that is a defective pack?

2-3 TANKS??!!??

That is unimaginalby lame! I too suspect there's a bad pack (or one that was killed thru misuse).

Maybe I'm spoiled by my 2700mah T-Maxx pack, but I get 2-3 HOURS of solid runtime outta my pack (more, probably). Yeah, the Revo has 2 steering servos, but I have a high-torque DIGITAL one, so that probably equals the drain of the 2 analog ones.

Whatever, RUN, don't walk to your computer and check out www.onlybatterypacks.com ...or maybe cheapbatterypacks.com. I've always gone 'only', but I'm hearing good things about 'cheap', too. I don't see a revo-specific pack at 'only', but call them & ask...I'm sure they've made a ton of them & am guessing there's a website glitch or something.

My Revo batt didn't last thru the breaking. I think the batt that comes with it, is not of the highest brand. But i still think the Revo is one hell of a truck. (just change the batt.)
