Then no, I had a venom temp gauge and it stunk (i'm not the only one either) it read way too high temps (like 360!). So I would geuss the speedometer would be just the same.

Just curious how an onboard Speedo would actually work. Would you run next to the truck and try to get a peek at the little LCD screen? Or does it send the signal to your Radio, or something else? Cause I once tried to catch a runaway, and at full throttle, I coulnt keep up with it, let alone try to view alittle screen..

This is new in box Venom speed and temp meters.I opened the box about a month ago but i never used it or even hooked either one up.It has top speed memory, life time odometer, digtial voltmeter,MPH/KPH.It comes with all parts needed and it comes with instructions on how to hook it up.I bought these to put them on my nitro car but i ended up buying a radar gun and hand held temp gun so i dont need these.S/H will be $6.00 in US only.

You wont get accurate readings on a track anyways. Half the time, you'll have wheel spin or your truck will be in the air anyways.
