RE: REVO RACIN' THREAD
haha had to make sure everyone saw it. I like the idea of metal on the wing. Would look really cool.
I've got a few questions to everyone. I have all winter to prepare for the winter nats so just wanna check on a few things
-What wheels do you like the most, I have 23mm hub adapters so I wanna stay with that but do you like the 40 series wheels better or the standered maxx size. I have had no trouble with the 40 series, just wanna know if there is a reason why I should switch.
-Any secrets to lightening your revo up, I have all radio boxes out and just carbon fibre pieces there to hold everything. But little things always help
-has anyone tried those quick drive things, they fancy driveshafts that have the sprag in them. I talked to someone who used them, they thought it was too different but if you could learn to drive with them they would help. What is it like with them on.

RE: REVO RACIN' THREAD
It's kind of a one way or the other deal. A stock revo with one servo for steering, steering mod, RPM front a-arms, Teckno rear a-arms, lunsford turnbuckles, and red aluminum pushrods will do both, but after a few mods, it is really either a basher, or a racer, because racers put their cars on a diet, bashers make it strong as possible.

RE: REVO RACIN' THREAD
Having a truck for bashing then using it for racing can be good, they will be very durable and be sure to last the entire main. I have tons of RPM parts on my revo to ensure I don't break in the middle of a race, it is very annoying. My revo isn't really set for bashing or racing, I do both with it. I just change the tires when I go to race.
