Default Engine Cutting Out

Hey guys got to run my truck today but when I got it out and started when I gunned it it died on me? Good smoke is it flooding or to lean, im gettin frustrated as hell, I appreciate the information.

Was it running hot. you didnt really give enough information

you tried to start it again right? cause sometimes you gotta let the engine kinda idle so it could heat up so it doesnt stall when you gun it. that happens to me all the time. after turning it on, i let it idle for a few minutes before i bash it.

Ok guys sorry I dont have a temp gun I will try and let it idle for a little and then if that doesnt work I will adjust it.

DUDE you NEED a temp gun. This is a must when running nitro rc and even electric. All it takes is 1 time to reach a temp of 325-350 and you are done.

i'v never had a temp gun, from my first nitro to now i'v never used one unless i'v been running at the LHS, just counted how long i can hold onto the top of the heat sink before it's to hot, if i can leave em there i'm running to cold, to hot to touch as soon as i touch it to lean, has always worked for me, i usually don't tune for temp unless it's a hot day.
