Default I think hes crazy

I ave a rvo got it wen it first came out. Right now im not ready to upgrade to a 3.3 but i still want to ride my engine is dead. i was planing on buying this man tmaxx he claim he dont know the year. but he said the engine is good and its before the 2.5 so its a regular .15. At this point i dont really car about speed i just want to bash a little for the winter. Now he wants 200 for the tmaxx. He says it comes with a few aluminum upgrades such as the chassis. he says I can make at least 200 parting the parts. Do anybody think I can make at least 150 off selling the parts. How much do yall think I can get for the chasiss

N he said he will throw in the electric tuck

im pretty sure every tmaxx chasis is alumnium, so it would sell the same as any other one. he might have upgraded to the longer, but every tamxx chassis is aluminum. and 200 for a .15 is not a good deal. normaly, a used 2.5 sells for only 180.

i bet you could find a nitro sport being parted out and get the .15 engine for way less than 200.

Hi, my local hobby store wanted 300 for a .15 tmaxx (crazzy!). Go on craigslist.com i found alot of cheap nitro trucks, people r selling.
(ie. two tmaxxs for 60.00 buxs). as far as the revo goes trade in your old motor for a new one. i love that traxxas has the exchang deal. good luck.

Buy the T-Maxx if you want but don't expect that Pro.15 engine to fit your Revo. Different engine mount, different exhaust, different ez-start, rotary carb and zip for power.
I bought my T-Maxx (that started life as a Pro.15) over two years ago and only paid $100 for it and it was like brand new.
IMHO, $200 is way too much for that truck, especially since the engine is not going to fit. Save yourself a lot of trouble and just buy a new engine. I bet if you looked on e-bay you could find a new 2.5 or 3.3 for well less than $200.

IMO $200 for a used Pro .15 T-Maxx is too high. I bought a brand new unopened Pro .15 T-Maxx on ebay a few months ago for $220.

If that were true and simple he would sell the aluminum parts himself for the 200 dollars lol. Don't ever fall for the "It's worth this much but I'll sell it to you for this much." scam. Just go and buy yourself a fresh engine.
