Default O.S. 21 RG

Is anyone running one of these in a T-maxx. If so what do you think?

Great sturdy mill... They are getting harder to find. You will need to run a 21 conversion unless you run that goofy kit with the huge engine mounts. I think an RG would be great for a Maxx because it has great power but not so much that it will shred your drivetrain.

I didn't I was out bid on E-bay at the last minute by a $1. It sold for $26.00 and it ran fine. (So they say). I just came across it and I thought I would give it a shot. I have never heard of this engine so thanks everyone for your replies.

My buddy put a regular ol' .18tm in his t-maxx,
It shred 2 diffs and twisted all of his axles, but now that I think about it, it was an s-maxx converted to a t-maxx,

I love overpowered trucks

I ran the .21 rg in my buggy for a long time. It's a good motor and easy to tune, and hold a tune. They don't make it anymore but I belive the 21 tz or something like that is the replacement. New on tower hobbies they are around $145. If it's anything like the rg it's a good motor.

I have an O.S 18mt in my T-maxx now and I love it. But if I can get a 21RG for $35 I was just wondering if I should take it or not. Guess I got my answer. Thanks everyone.
