RE: Truck will not start!!
did you confirm that the plug is glowing with your ignitor?
Are you sure that you put the piston in the right way?
is it getting fuel? you should be able to see some on top of the piston when you pull the plug
how are you priming it?

RE: Truck will not start!!
well the glow plug light will come on, but not necessarily heating the plug hot enough to ignite... maybe use a glow plug ignitor, or heat the head with a heat gun/hair dryer... My guess would be that the temperature in your area has significantly dropped over the past few days/weeks...? It sure has for me, so I have to use heat to warm the head, or else it doesn't wanna start.. sounds similar to what you are experiencing.
When/If you heat the head, do it more toward the base of it... the bottom of the crankcase.

Eng cranks but does not start, Have you went back to basic needle setting? Did you seal your eng? If yes i would do what tmaxxdriver said and warm your engine with heat gun and retry.
