Default Revo engine

I'm looking for a new engine for my Revo. I'll tell you now, I don't want an Ofna .26 JL Red Dot. I want to stick to a small block, I'm willing to spend up to $150. I'm gonna start racing soon and I have a BB in my LST and I'm gonna race my Revo in a small block monster truck class.

Well, I think that you're gonna be pretty limited on engines if you're trying to stay small block. The only two that really come to mind are the 3.3 and the OS .18tz (which will need some major modding to work).
What engine are you replacing?
The 3.3 makes some pretty good power and may be the only one that falls into your price range.

I agree with Dave here on this one. Limiting ur choices to a small block will indeed limit the choices u will have. I cant think of any others myself either other than the 3.3 which can be had pretty "Cheaply" per say(around I think 100-200, dont remember the exact amt) and thats gonna be the least expensive way to go I do believe....

Anyone know anything about this engine? http://www.shengines.com/TECHDATA_PT18R02AS1.htm Is it any good? It looks like something I want and plus, it's made by SH.
