Modded T-maxx 2.5
Just wanted to put some pics up of my modded 2.5 T-maxx still got some work to do mainly different tires and new body but the rest is done smaller fuel tank, upgraded steering servo removed all the reverse stuff put a 5 cell receiver pack 1400 mah, rebuilt the shocks and put little bit softer springs lowered the whole truck and put a tranny plate underneath. theres some other stuff i cant think of right now but let me know what you think and what else you think i should do to make it better.

yeah the hump pack has more voltage and a higher mah rating 4 AA is only5.4 volts at their best if you use rechargable AA they're only 1.2 a piece and my hump pack after charging is 6.5 volts and last time i ran it about 2 hours and it only dropped to 5.2 so its worth it go on ebay got mine for 9.00 shipped

it's actually the resonator pipe off the traxxas 4 tec 3.3 my buddy destroyed the car at about 45 hitting a curb so he gave me the 3.3 engine and pipe the pipe is ment to go on the other side but it works great on here the pressure line fitting is on the bottom of the pipe when its on the maxx tho but keeps it outta the way

i dont under stand why you would do somthing like that a smaller gas tank? now what do you have to fill up every 3 min.
and rechargable battery they put double A's for a reason
the truck with the rpm looks really good
i know this isnt a t-maxx but i like to show it off

the smaller tank is only 25 cc less but it has alot lower center of gravity and with the stock fuel tank when its full your extrememly rich once you get to below half you running really lean like 300+ hotter. so smaller tank easier tuning plus less change in temps and fuel flow. My truck runs about 11 mins on the tank for a couple minutes less than stock but when you only run 5 min mains at the track whats the point in a massive fuel tank???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its a receiver pack dude alot better than any AA battery ask anyone who know anything about rc trucks car plane's anything. if you dont like it oh well its your opinion but dont try to be a Smart @$$ about it dude this place is for getting and giving help and seeing what other people think about your ride and stuff man. Maybe ou should clean your revo looks like crap

OK I understand the smaller tank now. I just bash my truck and would like to never refuel!!! If you are racing it makes since in several ways to have a smaller tank.
