Buggy Tires on a Revo?
Im just wondering if it would be possible to mount buggy rear or stadium truck rear tires on my revo. Im not a racer or anything but I just think it would look cool. I really like the look of the Schumacher Menace Truck and I wanna try duplicating that. How would the handling change?

RE: Buggy Tires on a Revo?
The Menace is a 1/10th Stadium Truck as far as I know. They uses 2.2" tires, the revo uses stock 3.8" tires. You can get some maxx offset wheels and put the Panther Kmodo Low Profile tires on, which look like stretched buggy tires. They look VERY odd on a Revo too.

The Revo is a Monster Truck, scales in a monster truck are very loosely used. The Menace is a 1/10th scale Stadium Truck
Like I said earlier Revo tires-3.8" 1/10scale truck-2.2" They also have different hubs I believe. Not to mention look funny if you managed to do that. Even if you tried, you would be better off with Traxxas wheels and tires, or 40 series. |

I guess my ? is why would you want too? My thinking is if a mod doesnt make it go faster or handle better its not worth the time. But thats just me. If you think it makes it look cool go for it...

Thanks for the info I already have proline 40s with bow ties just wanted to know if buggys use the same size hex hub and if a 2.2 tire would clear the axle carriers. I think I might try the offset max tires with panther low pros. I think I can get some worn out buggy tires from the buggy racers and see how it goes first. Really Im just experimenting with different setups and try new things.

the 2.2s would not clear for sure.
