i've had my fantom fr.18 drop in for the maxx for long enough to completely control the power advantage over stock trx2.5. i've been quite happy with its performance thus far. for some unknown reason, i decided to pull off my filter and watch the carb open under the servos power. to my surprise, i've been running only 3/4 throtle! anyways, a min. or two of linkage adjustment and i'm rockin now. i had know idea i had that much more power on tap with this small block. she is fast now and i just measured out 100ft for the online drag so i can enter. hopefully i won't embarahs(sp) myself but shes definantly way faster and would completely kill a stock setup truck.

yeah...at my hobby shop about half of the people dont have their carb open 100%. Great that you realized thought, and the extra power is aways good

i measured my time although i'm sure it wasn't accurate, i think i'm doing good. we measured 2.61sec but i'm sure thats off. i only got one run in and my truck started dieing. i need to get a new fuel line and i'll try to get a vid.

i can't find the online drag thread either, anybody have a link. i know i've seen it both here and at byt.
