is this normal for tmaxxs and emaxxs
 

i have the stock motors on my emaxx. is it normal for all the (4) 2mm screws to break in half inside the rear diff. is this something that happens every so often. also is there anyone that makes a stronger diff with bigger screws or just buy the oem parts and put it together and hope for the best. thanks for any replys.

Dont think its normal, 2yrs running the Same diffs and I havent ever had any problems let alone busting screws, however I have heard of it happening to others as well.

dog are you driving the tmaxx or emaxx. i think the emaxx has alot more torque which tends to twist things. i saw the tmaxx in your gallery pics thanks for your input man. mabye it is just an emaxx problem any emaxx owners have or had this problem.

Never happened to my emaxx. Only problem I have now is badly worn center cvds from running jumbomaxx tires, my diffs are still working good. You can find aluminium cups and ring gear using 3mm screws on ebay.
