e-revo brushless radio questions

1.) Can I use the receiver that comes with the kit with my Airtronics M11 spektrum system? I have the SPM1112 module.

2.) If I cannot use my transmitter with the traxxas receiver, can I replace it with my own receiver and somehow link the two steering servos together into one channel while still getting 6.0v per servo?

1) No, won't work

2) Yes, use your rx and a "Y" connector if necessary.
