Default JetCat "No Fuel" warning?

Hey all!

Looking for some advice from the JetCat gurus: I am working on a Senior Capstone project involving a JetCatUSA P90Rxi engine. We're testing some mods to the stock engine (still using the stock ECU). When we try for a start, the procedure starts out normal, but then we get a "No Fuel" warning from the control pad. We've looked in the manual, but it's not there; both the applications engineers for JetCat are incommunicado for the next several days. Anybody seen this before? Any thoughts on where to start troubleshooting?
