RAM 750F Help
 

Here's one for your old time jet guys. I have a RAM 750F that I am converting to autostart (just for the heck of it), and I need to replace the compressor nut with one that has a magnet for the hall sensor. Does anyone have a nifty way to remove the nut without disturbing the compressor on the shaft so it doesn't have to be rebalanced? Also, I can't remember if the threads are standard or backwards. Anyone know off hand? I also need to know the diameter and pitch of the threads on the compressor shaft so I can try and track down a nut that will work. Finally, for anyone who has done this conversion, how far can the hall effect sensor be from the nut, and what is the best way to get it properly located. Thanks in advance for the knowledge.
