TX programming for single-engine demo

On my glow twins (at present a vintage Goldberg Skylark 56) if I want to show off my engine out flying ability, all I have to do is short fuel one tank.

So we have a big debate on one of the electric forums about the single-engine controllabilty of the Dynam PBY foam RTF seaplane. Most of the guys think it will unflyable on one fan, which is of course nonsense. My question is - how can I program my Specktrum DX6I transmitter to be able to shut down or throttle back one motor? I'm presently running both ESCs through a V-tail mixer for differential thrust for water handling, but I can change that if I have to for demo purposes. Any ideas guys? Russ Farris

Put a switch in one of the engines power line...and activate that switch with a servo....then you can remote turn one engine off

Good luck,
