Thinking about a ESM B-25 Mitchell. Has anyone got/had one? This would be my first twin

I have built this plane and bashed it to resemble Jimmy Doolittles plane. They fly well...I have one flight on mine. I put a bomb drop, landing lights, brakes, CJM retracts and power is two DLE 20's. Here is a thread on this plane that will probably answer all of your questions. http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_7060787/tm.htm

Thanks tevans55 was yours purched restenly. I have read through and a lot of fellow pilots had a issue with the wing. Is yours correct? How was the hard ware that came with yours?

I think the bad wings were in one of the original shipments and those are gone now. The hardware, particularly the rods that come with any ESM kit are no good. They are brittle and will rust easily...probably high carbon content. The rest of the hardware is just OK. I replaced about half of the hardware on the 4 ESM planes I have built. They are a good value for what you get and they fly very nice but they are more work than a standard arf particularly if you want to make a specific plane and repaint. These planes are easy to paint and add detail to. You will enjoy the B-25.
