Thought you like to see the fleet. The tip tank a/c is a thompson trophy racer!!!

I'm still flying mine after a year, and a gazillion flights....... A handfull to land if your sleeping, but a fun little twin..;)

Hey Great looking machine.I haven't flown the one with tip tanks. Our field is being realigned and the sprinkler system bumps make landings a bit unique. Simco

If you have flown the other one then you know to fly the bird to the ground.
With those tanks...added weight, drag... Yep... I'd say keep the hammer down.. 1-3 feet off the deck...cut the power.
