Warbird Meeting in Germany (by dutch Jan Hermkens)

Hi Guys,

here some pictures of a warbird meeting in Germany, organized by the IG Warbird Germany Foundation.
I was there too with my 158" B-17, and 122" P-61, both build from own plan and real winners in the european Scale-contest scene.(my last contest I participated in 2003, after 20 years scale competitions)

For you all it look strange, but it is true, you see there more allied planes (USA, GB) than axis planes(Nazi Germany)! Probable the german modellers have more admiration for the allied planes?
For us (dutch and other occupied countries in WWII) it is not so strange, eventual Germany lost the war and the Swastica (hakenkreuz) is still forbidden. Also on models as a national Marking (not the models themselves!) in most European Countries (even detention!).
