Twin Engine dilemna

Hi All,
I am in the process of building 2 twins; AK Models SuperSkymaster and a scratch built and designed canard.
I have 2 O.S.60s, and Magnum .72fs,.91fs, and 1.20fs.
My question is: what should i use on the Cessna?
I plan on using 2 Supertigre 40s for the scratch build...should be enough power.
