Need Help Identifying This Plane...!!
Hi Guys, I was given this plane by a friend who put it together but never flew it. I have flown it several times, but recently it has been sitting with no recent air-time.
When he gave it to me he said the plane was made by, "Windward RC" and it was called a, "Tuf-1". I can't seem to locate it anywhere. The plane has installed an O. S. FS40 Surpass that purrs like a kitten. Any help identifying this plane would be greatly appreciated. Even if only some paperwork, about the plane, could be found that would give us more than we have now. THANK YOU ALL!! https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...55d916ba4.jpeg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...3c0f08980.jpeg https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...368cc5466.jpeg https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...6b50882b8.jpeg https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...8cd033b6c.jpeg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...ae90d5f4b.jpeg https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rcu...417f683d3.jpeg |
Sorry, no idea
But I love the overhead-valve engine!

Looks like something a person just put together. I don't think it's a manufactured kit of any sort.

That is a different lifting airfoil. Variable geometry

reply if you are still curious and maybe I will go to the trouble of getting it converted. Regards, Rootboy |
See my reply in the original post on this plane. It is a "TUF-1" made by Winward R/C. I've got one still in kit form with an assembly video (in VHS) Regards
