Aerotrend Fuel Line
This is a very small matter, but I recently bought a package of small silicone fuel line, blue Aerotrend brand, used two pieces of 12" each or less, and later got to thinking.....had about 4 or 5 inches left, and the package says "over 3 feet". A few weeks later, I bought a package of the Standard size, same packaging, and this time measured it......yep, only 28" in the package.
This is petty, but I sure don't like the principle of the matter, ripping off the customers. I emailed Aerotrend two weeks ago, but have received no response, so guess they don't care about their reputation.

RE: Aerotrend Fuel Line
In my one pack that I opened, the fuel tubing was 1/4 inch short.
What I am thinking is if I draw it tight and it stretches 1/4 inch per 3 feet (8.3%) then this could count for the error.

RE: Aerotrend Fuel Line
Thanks for checking yours. Good to hear it was ok. At 28 inches, mine was substantially short. Maybe the packer had a hangover. I'll try them again, been using it for years.
