Default Any ideas for making a set of blades for my Vp setup?

I've got a good Vp setup now. I'll try to post pics later. I used a t/r pitch slider with some flanged bearings, and a set of t-rex blade grips. I steped up the 1/16th music wire with some brass tubing to fit the 1/8 inch id of the bearing.

Right now, I'm using some flatened out APC blades, but i have also tried the gws blades. I was thinking about trying to make some carbon blades with a balsa core. Any ideas on the best way to do this?

I was thinking the same thing...im building the same thing as you. I was at my ghelicopter store the other day, and i saw some of the large helicopter tail sets. you can gett carbonones. the only thing im worries about is the amount of drag, they are relatively thic airfoils.
