OK...finally have my VPP setup working...
Using the EVP setup with an Axi 2208/34 on a HL Yak-55...
once I put the smaller battery on it really came alive.... so I'm trying other things to get the plane lighter (On a side note, any good tricks to make the plane lighter??)
and as I've flown the setup several times now,, tinkering with this, fixing that.....
I'm starting to wonder if it is worth it?
its fun and all, but seems like a tad more hassle then it is worth.....
Just kind of curious how others feel\
Cheers

I have my Ikarus Yak with the PPS working OK but just can get the nerve to try anything close to the ground, to many $$$ and time to get it right.
The rest of my foamys are quick, easy builds, no emotional attachment, so I can take the risk, not so with the Yak.
Now I now wonder why I did it, and how do you control the thing when its going backwards???

Talked with a few flyers.... seems this is more like hardcorps 3D helicopter flying than anything....
it is fun, but it seems like every other flight something needs to be fixed or replaced........

I have the Ikarus setup and it has been fairly easy to setup and trouble free flight after flight. I have this on one of the older generation shockies. It is not as stable as i would like nose down but it is still a lot of fun. I think it was worth it.
