WELL WALKERA HAS THE NEW 60 MODEL AND BECAUSE I SERCH THE FORUM WHAT I UNDERSTAND IS THAT THEY PUT A NEW TRANSMITER AND RECEIVER....7CH
I BELIEVE THAT ITS BETTER FROM THE PREVIOUS ONE....AND I THINK THAT THE GYRO ALSO IS DIFERENT
THE MODEL LOOKS PRETTY COOL AND IF THE ELECTRONICS ARE UPDATED, IT MAY MAKE THE DIFFERENCE...(NOT THINKING TO BUY TRANSMITER RX ETC,.ETC AND THE PROJECT GOES UP TO A TREX 500US DEAL)
IF SOME ONE HAS ANYTHING TO SAY JUST WRITE !!!!
IT MAY THIS MODEL HAS LESS PROBLEMS

WELL THE PROBLEM WITH THE HELLI'S IS THAT YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH THEM ALOT...IT LEAVES FROM THE TOY AND IT GOES TO REALITY IN THE R/C AIRCRAFT MODELS THINKS ARE MORE EASY....ALMOST[&:]
BUT MY EXPERIENCE IS FROM GAS HELLI THAT THEY WERE FLYING WITH OUT A GYRO ...BEFORE.....WELL I DON'T REMEMBER[X(]
SO I BELIEVE THAT THINKS ARE BETTER!!!!

I WILL BYE ONE TO SEE WHAT IT GOING TO HAPPEN BUT BEFORE TO FLY I WILL CHECK IT AND RECHECK IT SO EVERTHING TO BE OK [:-][:-][:'(]

TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK!
Please.
The Walkera 60 sounds good from what I've read. I'm in the market for something new to replace the Aerohawk I've outgrown, looking at that, and the Venom Night Ranger 3d, and possibly an MX400. Have not decided yet.
Please.

YEAP THIS BABY MUST BE THE NEW KID IN THE BLOCK!!!!
IT HAS A 20 ESC SO YOU CAN USE A LIPO BATTERY WHEN YOU LEARN TO FLY YOU CAN BUY AN 35ESC WITH A 3550KV MOTOR
OR A 30 ESC WITH A 3200KV MOTOR
BUT I WONDER HOW THIS HELI WILL FLY WITH THE TREX BLADES TOTAL (670MM) LENGTH I THINK.. WILL BE MORE STABLE....

I ordered two.
One brushless and one brushed.
I got it through RC-expert.com.
If anyone has other birds I would be interested in finding out how it flies compared to the 36 or showgun.
I don't have a 36 but I have heard different opinions.
They wrote me today and said that they recieve the 72MHz models this weekend and then they will send me my two.
I can hardly wait. They looked cool.
I'm not sure which battery I'm getting yet.
I suppose you can plug a 3cell 2100mah in them if you put heat sinks on the motor. If anyone knows please tell me.

Heine,
Do you have three hands? LOL
They are putting a 25Amp ESC with my brushless. What size lipo?
Who did you order yours through? Is yours the 35Mhz or 72Mhz?
mine were:
Standard with NImH battery 640mah = US$189.99 + Shipping
Brushless motor + 11.1V 1800mah lipo + 25A ESC (brushless) = US$249.99 +
shipping
They included extra blades and training gear as well. I'm not sure which Brushless motor they put with it.
Thanks

Consultjdm,
LOL, I only have two hands.......three legs [:-]....I wish.
The helis are ordered directly from Walkera. One for me, the two remaining for a couple of friends at work.
We ordered the helis with brushless and 2 lipo's each. I'm not sure of the size, but hope it is 1800.
We choose 40A ESC, so we later can change the Walkera brushless to an Align 420 or 430 if we feel the need for more power.
The frequency is 35 MHz, mode 2. (72 would be illegal in Denmark)
It was hard to choose between the 36 and the 60, but we ended taking the chance with the 60 hoping that issues with radio glitches has been fixed.
The gyro should be the same anyway (WK006), at least for the newer shipments of the 36. It also seams pretty cool that the gyro sensitivity can be controlled form the transmitter.

Heine,
ah, just like my eclipse 7 radio. you set it once then forget it so really unless your having some problem you never use it.
I go out and turn that little screw pad and in about 10 minutes I have them dialed in and then forget them. Yes its easier though with the tx.
I got two, one is really for spare parts. Cheaper than buying them all, then I just buy the ones I break as I go. But I am back in the air real fast since I have every part.
how much did you pay in Dollars for them?
Did you see the deal I got?
