Default how do you take the gears out on the W36 ?

do you have to take apart the whole heli in order to remove the gears on the walkera 36 or there is a way to remove just the main shaft ?
I don't seem to have luck with removing the shaft.

Default RE: how do you take the gears out on the W36 ?

Quite easy

All you do is undo the three grub screws... (the 2 underneith the main gears and the third one connected to the pitch rod which is underneath the fist two...) make sure you use a neat fitting allen key other wise you will strip the grub screws which means you will have to strip the heli right down

next undo the three swivel connecting points off the very bottom gyro (that connect the servo and the rocker to the bottom swash plate).... they should come off the balls with a firm pull with your finger nail (be carefull) after that the main shaft should come out allowing you to remove the gears... Hope this helps
