Hi all,
I'm new to rc helicopters and have a Walkera 60. (yup, I should be learning on something else...)
I Just replaced the head and tail rotor with a cnc aluminum set and now the things wants to fly into the ground instead of the air. Any idea what happened?
Cheers!

yes, the aluminum head works backwards. You'll have to reverse the action of the servos at the radio.

Guess I have a lot more reading ahead of me.

waterback,
There are two ways to fix your problem. The easiest is to take the ball link off at the blade holders and flip the blade holders 180 degrees and reconnect the ball links. That will reverse your blade pitch travel.
The other, as vulcangrey mentioned, is to change the swash plate travel with the dip switches on your TX. It's been a while since I've done it but I believe you change dip#1 and #8 (if not it's #2 and #8). Once you have done this the swash will travel correct but the servos for left and right will be backwards. To fix this simply swap the two servo wires at the RX ( #2 and #6) and it should work fine.
Good Luck,
Rob.
