Walkera #56 problems, HELP!

Ok, well first of all this thing is PINK!!

I've had my #56 heli for a few weeks now, but I just managed to get it into the air a few days ago, thanks to problems with the walkera tx. Once I got it flying, I found that when I steer the tail of the heli in either direction using my yaw stick, when I release the stick to the nutral position, the tail wags back in the opposite direction for a second. It's so bad that I have to overshoot the direction I want to face by almost a quarter turn, so that the nose is still pointing in the same direction after it wags back a little when I release the yaw stick.

Because the tail is belt driven, and the tail rotor servo is the same as all of the other crappy walkera servos on the heli, my first thought is whether or not the tail rotor servo is fast enough. It seems like the tail is allowed the chance to wag back a little while the tail rotor returns to it's normal position. Does this sound feasible?

Plus, I quite impressed with the overal build quality of the heli, with it's metal frame etc, but the electronics have got to go! Can anyone recommend good replacements for the walkera gyro, reciever, and servos? I'm just about to buy a JR 6302 setup for my Raptor 60, so I could use the Tx for my walkera too.

If I change the reciever, servos and gyro, would I need to change the brushless ESC too?
