Texas Armor tank battles at the Museum of the American G.I.

Texas Armor Association tank battles will take place Saturday, March 19th 2011 and will be held at the MUSEUM OF THE AMERICAN G.I. open house March 18-19, 2011.
Starting at 9am on March 19th, we will have our tank battles on the Museum grounds not only to support the Museum, but also to get the word out about our club and RC tanks. We are recommending to all our club members to arrive early on the 19th at about 7am so you all can... park close to the Museum and RC battleground.
Museum of the American G.I. open house will feature:
Military Flea Market and Military Displays including General Patton HQ Museum/Van, WWII and Vietnam Era Military Vehicles, and WWII battles fought on our miniature battlefield by 1/16 scale Radio-Controlled RC armor tanks of the Texas Armor Association members.
On Saturday AT 2 pm:
THE LIVE WWII Battle Reenactment FEATURING COUNTLESS AXIS AND ALLIED ARMOR FIGHTING VEHICLES, WWII SOLDIERS, AND PYROTECHNICS AND BEST OF ALL A FULLY RESTORED WWII SHERMAN COMMANDED / MANNED BY MEMBERS OF THE TEXAS ARMOR ASSOCIATION: MIKE MALONEY, DAN VREELAND and DAN SOZA.
Food and Drinks Available, Flea Market setup will be available on Thursday and in a designated area. $20 tax deductible donation required for all sellers and RV campers.
Admission - $5 donation to the museum and free parking.

A special thank you goes out to the Museum of the American G.I for supporting the Texas Armor Association and letting us have the chance to share with others about this great hobby (1/16 RC Tanks). See you all on March 19th, 2011.
