It's gone now, but I put three years into rebuilding this T-16 and retrofitting it as a tank killer. The mock 37mm gun I made from steel tubing, breech was steel blocks welded together and had a 12 ga shotgun mounted subcaliber to fire black poweer blanks. Engine & tranny mounts were fabricated as we mounted them. Speed was clocked at 35mph by Higway Patrol radar but I didn't have it wide open since it had been sitting over 10 years as a base for a radio antennae and I didn't trust the track pins.

Had fun with it but always the hassle of a trailer and truck to take it any distance. Here's before and after. Yes, that's the one sitting at Danville...the guy that bought it from me tore all the goodies out and also ruined the engine. I posted this a few days ago and didn't see it in War Room so hope this doesn't show up double.. 1;16 scale is cheaper to build and run. This DVD was just made from the only film I have left. The one better, owing multiple shots of the gun and full crew got lost and this much copied cassette remains.

Wow that use to be yours?  VERY cool!  Why did you sell it and how much did you sell it for?

Had a lot of fun, but too much hassle with truck and trailer to haul around, plus it was a field retrofit, as many were done durring WW II and I always had to explain that is was not standard an item of issue. I sold it for $8m and got an M-29 Weasel, but sold that for a nice 42 Dodge WC-51. The Weasle is cute but a &#^%$ to steer and drive on city streets and tracks a very fragile.
